It keeps saying incorrect log-in info. Does not work. So frustrating.

The app takes a long time to load, often freezes, and loses information that has been saved. Not very intuitive or user friendly. I appreciate the layers of protection in allowing a younger child to "message" with parent-controlled contacts, but wish it worked consistently. Frustrating for me, my kids, their grandparents.....

This app never seems to work after any update, will not let me log in or reset password

This app will not let me sign In. I am not impressed with the innotab either.

This a does not let me add my childs ID fr his innotab. So disappointed!!!

What a stupid app. It wont even let me sign in. Wish I could give it zero stars

I get a data breach is complicated & concerning for you and your customers, but why arent you relaunching the app? For my family there is no point in getting your products anymore when there are so many learning tools out there for free... That work and are safe.

When I went to download this app it wouldnt download

It definitely serves its purpose but is very slow and only works (reliably) about 50% of the time.

Very disappointed, I tried to log in numerous of times and nothing seems to be working! Please fix immediately

Dont know why there are all the bad reviews. It works just as expected. My kid loves to send me messages, and I can send them right back. So easy to use even for my 4 year old

I can log in fine on computer and device. Not able to log into this app though.

I really wanted to like this app but it is NOT user friendly at all! Also messages stopped working after a while. Whats the point of this app if you cant use for what it is intended?!

i love the app. my little brother and sister love it but i dont know how to log out. otherwise the app is fine

When you select to download the app the version appears to be English, however, it automatically opens in French without an option to switch languages.

I like being able to text my niece and nephew, but it really needs to alert you when theyve sent YOU a text. Thats basically common sense at this point. Ive never seen an app before that doesnt have notifications. And I cant find a way to locate the conversations. Not being able to see what someone is responding to makes it impossible to follow the conversation. Good idea, horribly executed!

Buggy and you have to have app running to chat. No notifications. YEARLY FEE!!! Really? They would never out right tell me either how much it will cost even after multiple support calls. Some sources said. $29/ year. Definitely NOT worth it.

My children and I loved this App before the update, but now it doesnt work well. My kids send messages to me, but I cant receive them. Though they do get the ones that I send.
