Terrible product....I send messages to my granddaughter and she doesnt get them Most of the time.

This could be a great program if developer puts more effort in it. I send the messages and theres a 75% it doesnt go through. When the message is send from the Innotab I receive the notification but when I open it theres nothing on the chat window.

Why wont my messages go through? I receive my sons messages but I cant send any.

It wont even let me sign in. Keeps saying User doesnt exist. Which I know isnt right cause it does exist!

My daughter can no longer receive the messages I send her. I receive hers, but mine never go through.

What is the point of super mom.?? Does she just stand there.!?

Update did nothing!! Nothing at all still the same problem ! This Is why I never update my apps!

Every vtech product I buy has potential, but then fails. I decide to throw in the extra buck and buy a leap frog item and Im beyond pleased. This app is clearly point proven. A feature advertised as a major selling point on certain vtech products, and FAILED. Vtech doesnt care, why should I? Much like their products dont expect a fix or much from them. Throw the extra buck in and buy leapfrog. Sincerely, one among a long list of disappointed parents who bought a vtech item.

My 4 year old niece loves to "text" me. Only negative it that my app switched to Dutch, and I have no idea how to switch back. Theres NO language change option. It switched after the latest update.

Bought the Innotab Max for both my kids and installed the app on my phone. I can send messages no problem, but when my kids try and read them on their tablets, their program crashes. They cannot open conversation on their tablet and I cant find a single thing on how to fix the crash. So much for this app - no good.

Seems to work good so far. But the app wont work very well until you update the firmware on the kids tablet. Seems to work very fast also. I really like the security features too; makes sure your kids cant talk to strangers.

I love this idea and my son had fun texting me all day. I could not delete contacts he (my son) added when my husband helped set this up. I deleted app and re downloaded and now cant connect or find a new friend request on my sons app. Needs to be an easier way to delete contacts, and a little easier to navigate.

I have trouble sending friend to the family for my children and my family have trouble sending a friend as well.

It worked fine the first day now today Im not getting any of my sons messages.

Christmas day the app worked fine, and then the next day out password doesnt work. We changed it on the pc and the app still would not recognize the password. And lets not even go there with the password reminder...it just kept saying "oops, error occurred". Very sad my daughter was so excited to text her siblings on their cell phones. Please update

App needs some work. Im sending a request and it just keeps trying to load and never send the request. Ive tried several times to no avail. Very disappointing since I was able to add my niece but not my nephew.

I was able to add myself to my daughters account but we are having trouble adding her dad.

Unable to add or send friend request. Software needs a lot of work!!

DOESNT WORK WHATSOEVER ON EITHER THE TABLET ITSELF OR MY IPHONE

This app works best if you close your eyes really hard and pretend you can communicate with someone else. The app has major issues. You cant add more than one friend. Great. Basically if you have more than one child, too bad for you. Their website offers no solutions. Neat concept. Too bad their development team couldnt complete the project.
