VTech Kid Connect App Reviews

Unfortunately, like so many other reviewers here and online, I can only add one friend. We have two kids and they got vTech tablets for Christmas but I can only add one of them. Its quite unfortunate since we only have them every other weekend and I can only message one of them! Try explaining that to a 6 and 7 year old! Way to go vTech... Breaking little girls hearts everyday. Try again.

It works with both of my kids tablets Im going to get a third on for my other daughter this thing is great thank you vtech

I think it works great!!!! My daughter and I have already been having cute little chats since I downloaded it.

Great app but my language changed to french. Not sure why.

Cant login at all

It takes some getting used to and isnt super simple to figure out how to connect other family member a, but now that were getting the hang of it, were loving it!! I think this is where some of the 1 star users are getting frustrated. But now my 3 year old daughter is able to communicate with her father, grandparents and aunt who are 12 hours away from us!! They send voice, picture, and text messages with stickers and emojis. As the parent, from your app, you need to send email invitations to family members, have them download the app, create an account, and then send friend requests from the app on your phone (but through the childs name). Once theyve accepted, the child should be able to see the family member on their tablet. Good luck!!

I can receive messages from my son, but he doesnt receive mine. Very sad when he sends something sweet and seems to get nothing in return! Theres no way to request support within the app.

My son goes to childcare and has anxiety and wants to message me. I just got a new iphone6 and put the app in but for got my password to his user name but when I put in his id and it pops up his pic and I click on it is says oops so idk any help would be good. ASAP

It was really fun to message my kids, they loved it! But, at some point along the way they stopped receiving any messages from me. Very disappointed with it now.

Please fix all the bugs!!!!!

Keeps either saying check the ID or wont load when I keep trying to add my daughters account. My profile shows up on her end but not in the app. This is a great concept but needs obvious improvement.

I love it I can talk with all four of my girls and they can also text with family that lives out of state. The app has worked fine until yesterday it will no longer let me log in it says connection failed. I re enter everything and still connection failed. I try and ask for a new password it freezes please fix it!! My kids miss it too because everyone on the app they talk to is having this issue.

This app worked great to begin with but doesnt work anymore. My whole family is extremely disappointed at what a waste of money this was.

Wont let me sign in on any oh my devices.

I cant even login or use the forgot password link because I keep getting an error message.

The app doesnt work anymore just keeps telling me oops error. Whats the point in buying vtech if its not going to work?
