Freezes, loses info

The app takes a long time to load, often freezes, and loses information that has been saved. Not very intuitive or user friendly. I appreciate the layers of protection in allowing a younger child to "message" with parent-controlled contacts, but wish it worked consistently. Frustrating for me, my kids, their grandparents.....
